Developed by Jeremy Eikenberry (@jeremyeik) and Hunter Cross (@hubtattoos), the High Point Super Lock Grip combines the weight, balance, and feel of a traditional metal tube setup with the convenience and versatility of modern gripless tubes.

Featuring a solid 1" brass grip, the dual-locking design secures the tube at both ends, creating an exceptionally stable setup with minimal movement or sway.

Machined from solid brass, these grips naturally help absorb vibration while providing a balanced feel in the hand. Many artists find reduced vibration and improved stability contribute to greater comfort, control, and consistency throughout long tattoo sessions.

Workhorse x Good Judy ECO Gripless Tubes

Traditional tube performance with a more environmentally conscious approach.

Developed in collaboration with Good Judy, these ECO Gripless Tubes are manufactured from compostable PLA, PBS, and mineral-based bioplastic and designed for use with reusable locking tattoo grips.

By separating the tube from the grip, artists can dramatically reduce waste while maintaining the feel, control, and precision of traditional tube and needle-on-bar tattooing. The system provides a familiar setup with the convenience of quick tube changes and reduced material waste.

Usage Information

For use with reusable locking grips.

Most artists will use a machine bag, pen cover, or barrier film over the grip, then apply grip wrap or cohesive bandage for comfort and control.

After use, reusable grips can be autoclaved, cold sterilized, or disinfected according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Tubes should be disposed of according to local regulations for tattoo waste. Industrial composting may be available in some municipalities, though acceptance of biohazard-related waste varies by location.

Why This System?

Developed with performance as the priority, these tubes were created to provide the stability, visibility, and control artists expect from traditional disposable tubes while reducing material waste.

When paired with reusable metal grips, the system eliminates traditional disposable plastic tube and grip waste while preserving the workflow many artists prefer.
