The Sidewinder 7 is the most revolutionary Sidewinder yet. Now, not only is it the supreme liner, it now is great in the lower volt range for shading to color packing, fine line and stippled whip shading techniques.

It has 5 stroke positions ranging from 3.5-4mm. While tattooing, hit is controlled with adjustable return spring tension.

The impact screw is adjustable. This allows for more precise tuning. It still has an adjustment pin on the frame , which will slightly change the stroke, or allow for a quick impact adjustment.

The main goal for this batch is for simple tuning for the end user, but with the option/ability to dial it in precisely for those who know how they want their machine to run.

If you want a softer hitting machine, you don’t have to compromise the stroke length. You can simply adjust the return spring tension on the fly throughout the tattoo.

Rustic beauty at its finest! Verde patina copper with a durable baked-on lacquer protective coating. Finish may vary as this is a very unique custom patina.

Newly remastered, this is the 2nd variant of the 2nd generation of the Mojobox. New spring setup that enhances performance, punch, adjustability, and makes it more cartridge friendly!

Now with more versatility and ease of hit adjustment throughout the tattoo. It is more ergonomic, more reliable, and most of all, more performance focused than its predecessor. It is a punchy coil like machine with the reliability and ergonomics of a rotary.

The focus of its design is to be more like a shader/packer that can also line well, whereas the Sidewinder is more of a liner that can shade. If you prefer more punch at a slower to medium speed, this is a great option. Excellent for fine line, black and grey, color packing with any size mag. Can drive 14 liners, if you prefer to “set the needle into the skin” whereas the Sidewinder prefers to have the needle floated across the skin.

The Remastered Mojobox has a numbered upstroke wheel (same as the V3r) which allows for a wide range of versatility throughout the hit once in the 5.3 and up voltage ranges. Simply turn the stroke wheel for a longer or shorter stroke. The 5 setting is middle of the road and what most people use. Turn up towards 9 for longer srtroke and down towards 1 for shorter stroke.

Intended for standard needle on bar. For cartridges, you may use a rubber band to negate the tension by pulling the rubber band over the top of the armature. Needle on bar will have more hit and cartridges will be slightly subdued and less aggressive which is the nature of a cartridge.

Typical operating range: 4 - 6 volts, sweet spot for most is 5 Volts on the 5 setting.

This Featherweight model has about the perfect amount of mass, where it is light and agile, but not so light that it wants to jump out of your hand or feel shakey. (4.4 oz -about 1 oz heavier than other Featherweights, and 1.5 oz lighter than the normal brass machines.)

RCA Specifications:

RCA version is wired for the harder hit mode only using RCA connection
This RCA motor housing was designed around a Critical Universal battery pack, but fits with most battery packs I have tried, such as Musotoku, Ink Claw, and Papa.
This will also work good with a right-angle RCA cord.
RCA only version, no clip cord & RCA combo like the V3/24 Sidewinder
The position of the battery makes the machine’s balance point much more forward, like a pen.

This Featherweight model has about the perfect amount of mass, where it is light and agile, but not so light that it wants to jump out of your hand or feel shakey. (4.4 oz -about 1 oz heavier than other Featherweights, and 1.5 oz lighter than the normal brass machines.)

Recommended voltage range: 4 - 6.5 volts

Approximate stroke range: 2 - 4mm (keep in mind the stoke goes up more due to the springs. The stroke of a Sidewinder cannot be compared to other rotaries as the hit is completely different)

Polarity: Positive up - spins motor clockwise - slaps harder, ideal for large grouping liners

Positive down - spins motor counterclockwise -slightly passive hit, ideal for shading and fine line
