• RCA version is wired for the harder hit mode only using RCA connection. If using a clip cord on this version, they are wired opposite of the standard clip cord version, use Positive side DOWN for hard hit, Positive up for a more muted hit.
• This RCA motor housing was designed around a Critical Universal battery pack, but fits with most battery packs I have tried, such as Musotoku, Ink Claw, and Papa.
• This will also work good with a right-angle RCA cord.
• Clip Cord option still works, it is just wired backwards.
• The position of the battery makes the machine’s balance point much more forward, like a pen.

New Mike Pike PMA Direct Drive Rotary!

After a couple years of minor tweaks and lots of testing, the new Mike Pike Direct Drive Rotary is finally ready! Not necessarily a reinvention of the wheel, but applying his years of knowledge tattooing and building rotary machines, Pike dialed in these Direct Drives and simply made a great running Rotary.

Built using only the finest components to produce a great all around direct drive that is smooth running, consistent, and rock solid for years of trouble free use. Made with powerful high end motors, an adjustable Cam to accommodate any stroke, vertical swing gate vise guarantee to grip tubes with no issue, and top of the line aluminum that is both lightweight and strong enough to stand the test of time.

New SOBA Boomerang Liner!!

CNC Milled version of SOBA's braze-up and bolt-up Boomerang, streamlined into a one piece frame with very versatile swing gate vise.

These are finely tuned. With no load most of them run in the 140hz range. At 6 volts you will get smooth medium to fine lines- think 05 and 08 microns. At 7.5 they will bury a straight 9- think brand new sharpie.
